 I created ProofKeep™ to solve a recurring problem that I was often faced with. There were just too many situations where I needed to have an impartial and trustworthy third party, that I could call upon, to witness the details and circumstances of an event, a transaction, or dealing that I was involved with (when, where, who and under what context).

Taking pictures of the damage to a car involved in an accident, recording the commitments made during a business transaction, or capturing the execution of a will, are all examples of situations where having the original and unaltered record of what happened, what was said, and/or what transpired would have given me peace of mind. There is a comfort in knowing that the proof I captured will help mitigate or eliminate contentious, time-consuming, and costly disputes.

Well, this is exactly what ProofKeep™ does. ProofKeep™ serves to be Your Trusted Virtual Witness, that you can call upon any time and anywhere. You simply open ProofKeep™ on your smartphone and proceed to capture digital proof with video, audio, or photos of things that protect your interests or are important to you.  You can even share what you captured with others. Unlike pictures or videos captured in any other application, anything captured using ProofKeep™ will remain original and unaltered. Even you cannot alter what you captured. Hence, the proof captured using ProofKeep™ always remains impartial, undisputed, and authentic.
